In my opinion, the last ENS was really good. After 3 days of hard work, we managed to get a really good feeling from our 1/10 and 1/8 cars.

The new 1/8 prototype is still young but is already proving itself to be a true contender, we tested some new parts on the car and it was very impressive the way it improved. In the qualifies, after some small mistakes in Q2 and Q3, I managed to be 7th place overall. Unfortunately, in the beginning of the finals I was caught up into some crashes that were happening in front of me, which caused me to lose almost 1 lap to the drivers in the front, the pace was super hard and so it was impossible for me to recover to a better place finishing 9th overall.

In 1/10, for the qualifies my main concern was to ensure a place in the finals, due to this the only heat, that I was able to really push it, was the last one where I manage to be TQ which gave me the 2nd position overall. In the finals, I was able to keep the 2nd place for a while, but sadly I did a mistake and at this level is almost impossible to come back and still manage to fight for the win, so finished 8th overall.

Overall it was a great session for our car, the first race was in Bologna at first ENS round in first race of XRAY NT1´16, and I was able to reach the 1st place in my first ENS experience, which I think is great result for our car so young and already so good. In the second and third ENS round I had some bad luck on track that cost me better place to fight for the win in last round, finishing 3rd overall at the ENS 2015.

Overall was a great year for XRAY, we win the European Championship A and B, many national championships and other important races, our first aluminum car looks very good, now we need to keep working on the development of our car and prepare a stronger comeback next year.
